Atlanta Community Food Bank Annual Statistics

 

The Food Bank works with over 700 community-based, nonprofit partners that directly distribute food to neighbors in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

 

In Fiscal Year 2026, the Food Bank distributed enough food to provide 113 million meals.

 

27% of food and grocery items distributed by the Food Bank in Fiscal Year 2026 was fresh produce.  52% of the food distributed was perishable (vs. shelf-stable), including meat and proteins.

 

Fiscal Year 2026 brought a record 46,166 volunteer visits and 154,692 donated hours in support of the Food Bank’s mission.
