Celebrate Thanksgiving with Dame of Southern cooking and James Beard award-winning author Chef Virginia Willis and a few of her amazing chef friends. She’ll feature some dishes from her most recent book Secrets of the Southern Table: A Food Lover’s Tour of the Global South, and all of these amazing women will teach you how to prepare delicious dishes to usher in the season of thankfulness. Tamie Cook: Lionfish Ceviche, Rebecca Lang: Mustard Greens with Yogurt-Parmesan Dressing, Erika Council: Bomb Biscuits, Virginia Willis: Speedy Spatchcocked Herb Roasted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy, Meme's Cornbread & Oyster Dressing; Savory Sweet Potato Gratin, and Deborah Van Trece: Fried Apple Hand Pies with Thyme, Whipped Goat Cheese and Maple Balsamic Syrup. All participating chefs’ cookbooks will also be available for purchase and signing. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
