Who doesn’t love a dinner party? For this class Chef Hall will focus on Italian cooking during the summer…great seasonal ingredients cooked in the style of an Italian dinner party. Utilizing Old World techniques, he’ll demonstrate how to make some amazing dishes you can serve at your own home soiree. Chef Hall will demonstrate how to make Grilled Georgia Peach Panzenella – arugula, burrata, Yesterday’s Cord Bread, country ham and Vin Cotto; Seared Scallops – with summer corn and field pea risotto, battuto vinaigrette; Vanilla Panna Cotta – with summer berries and biscotti; and Limoncello!
