The Benefits Outreach program connects public benefits to families and individuals who qualify; helping them secure assistance with food, healthcare, childcare and more.
- Benefit Screening and Application Assistance Services to determine eligibility for economic support programs such as Medicaid, food stamps (SNAP) and more.
- Referral to other services that connect individuals and families to local providers offering services such as affordable housing options, shelters, rent/utility assistance, free to low-cost health services, job skills and food/clothing pantries. Please note that we do not directly offer these programs, but serves to connect families with those services.

Yes. We can work with you to determine whether or not you could be eligible to receive SNAP benefits. If eligible, you can submit an application through us.

Many families are eligible for services and are not applying! Benefits include not only food stamps, but Medicaid, child care assistance and more.
