Working with the Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB) marketing team on the design of the Supper Club campaign for the past 10 plus years has really been a pleasure because it combines several of my favorite things; a worthy cause, creativity and of course, great food.
The essence of Supper Club has always been the same – get folks to eat out on a designated night each month as an easy (and delicious) way to support the Atlanta Community Food Bank. There are a many moving parts to coordinate, but when it comes together each month, the benefits are shared by all. Diners get an “out-of-the-box” way to support the Food Bank; maybe even discovering a new favorite place along the way while restaurants benefit from hopefully getting some new customers. Best of all, the ACFB gets more visibility in the community and gets a contribution out of the generosity of the restaurant and its patrons.
The support of the community has been a big part of the program’s success. The hard work and collaboration of all those involved in Supper Club has resulted in a successful program year after year and we look forward to helping maintain that streak.
This month’s Supper Club is tonight at KR SteakBar, Kevin Rathbun’s newest venture. Won’t you join us?
