Donating to Atlanta's Table is EASY!

1. Complete the donor application form. After you have filled it out, fax it to 678-553-5969. To contact by phone, please call 404-892-FEED (3333) ext. 1234.
2. Arrange pick-up(s). Atlanta's Table Transportation Coordinator Daniel Hernandez will contact you to arrange regular pick-up days. He is also your contact for extra pick-ups and last-minute supply needs. Atlanta's Table drivers carry supplies with them and are able to replenish your bags and pans when they do pick-ups.
3. Bag, label and cool food. Once you determine that food will be donated to Atlanta's Table, simply complete the following steps:
   1. Transfer food to a bag or pan. We encourage our donors to help us keep our costs down by utilizing bags whenever possible. Current cost to Atlanta's Table for a case of 50 pans and lids is $60. For approximately the same price, we can purchase 250 food-grade bags with tags.
   2. Label food with product name, date & your location's name. Example: Beef Stew - 2/27/10 - Mom & Pop Diner.
   3. Refrigerate or freeze food depending on the date of your scheduled pick-up. We prefer that you freeze foods to maximize their freshness.

5. Pat yourself on the back. Your donation is on its way via refrigerated truck to a nonprofit, community-based agency that same day! Family shelters, children's day-care centers, community kitchens and senior facilities are among the agencies benefiting from this perishable food rescue and delivery service.
