About the Food Bank

What is it?

Learn to cook in a state-of-the-art teaching facility as the finest chefs in Metro Atlanta donate their talents, time and ingredients. During the two-hour sessions chefs prepare, on average, three recipes and share samples with participants.

  Participants patiently wait for the chef to finish a demonstration before they dive into their dishes.

From Chef Pano Karatassos of Kyma to Kevin Rathbun of Rathbun's and Krog Bar get insiders' tips from the best of the best and try their recipes at home!

Where and When

Classes are held in three Cook's Warehouse locations: Brookhaven, Midtown, and Decatur.

Directions are available for The Cook's Warehouse.

Cost/Tuition

Costs vary depending on level of participation, ranging from $40 to $150.

One-hundred percent of class tuition benefits Atlanta's Table, a project of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis and fill up quickly.
Please note that the non-refundable class tuition fee is required at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is accepted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No cash refunds will be given. A one-time class credit will be issued, based upon schedule availability.

    For all you seafood lovers out there this class combines what AquaKnox is known for, global water cuisine, with the delicious taste of corn. Chef Craine will demonstrate how to prepare Corn and Crab Chowder, Carolina Flounder with lobster succotash and corn sauce, Corn Cake with local mountain blueberries. With an impressive culinary resume and an unmistakable passion for food and cooking Chef Joey, of the renowned Buckhead Diner, will not only demonstrate how to prepare scrumptious seafood dishes but he will also share his wealth of knowledge of all things seafood with attendees.
