Relative new comer and Inman Park hot spot Beetlecat is definitely making its mark on Atlanta’s culinary scene, specifically with seafood. Chef Andrew Isabella, who grew up fishing with his family in Florida, is the right person at the helm. In light of the autumn season, in this class Chef Isabella will feature butternut squash along with seafood. He’ll demonstrate how to make Kale Salad with butternut squash and brown butter vinaigrette, Smoked Salmon with crème fraiche butternut squash and Butternut Squash Soup. He’ll also be happy to answer all of your seafood questions. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
