Chef Moore will demonstrate how to prepare the following dishes: Local Cheese with Caramelized Onion Jam, Scuppernong Reduction and Marcona Almonds, Butternut Squash Soup with Ginger Cream, Big Green Egg® Smoked Salmon with Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce, Oven Roasted Winter Root Vegetables, and Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Crème Anglais. As always, Don will choose an amazing wine to be paired with each course and answer any wine questions you may have.
