Experienced and classically trained Chef Jeb Aldrich, who has been working alongside his celebrated dad Chef Jay Swift in 4th & Swift’s kitchen for about four years returns to Simple Abundance. He’ll teach how to prepare a fabulous menu of Sunchoke Soup with candied pancetta, Sapelo Island clams and basil oil; Veal Schnitzel with curried spatzle, local braised greens, quail egg and lingonberry brown butter; and Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast with sweet potato macaire, roasted turnips and apple celery sauce. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
