Volunteer Options for Everyone

ACFB utilizes more than 1,000 volunteers a month, eliminating the need for 31 full-time staff members. You can help. Check out our year-round volunteer needs. In addition, we often call upon volunteers to help with special events and other urgent needs. Click here to learn about these exciting opportunities!

Driven to Excellence

Did you know that the Food Bank distributed 23 million pounds of food last year to more than 800 hunger-relief organizations? This could never have been accomplished without our award-winning team of drivers! Click here to learn who's getting the food where it needs to go.

Go Ahead, Plant Extra

Here's some good news! Local water bans do NOT apply to vegetable gardens. The Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Food Bank are encouraging metro gardeners to donate excess harvest from their gardens. To learn more, visit Plant A Row for the Hungry. Click here for more gardening inspiration.

The Best Chefs in Town

Atlanta's best chefs outdo themselves in the kitchen and in the community. You can join them at a Simple Abundance cooking class! Get the latest roster of chefs teaching classes that benefit the Food Bank.

Love to eat out? Check out the current lineup of fine dining establishments hosting our monthly Supper Club.
