Helping in His Name Ministries
The mission of Helping in His Name Ministries is to model the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by providing food to the hungry and needy people of Henry County. This mission is carried out by an entirely volunteer work force using donated food and money. Our mission is usually short term, "stop-gap" help; long term relief is usually outside the scope of our mission. In all cases, modeling the loving and compassionate character of Jesus is as much a part of our mission as the tangible food that we give.
