Helping Working Families and Individuals to Thrive
The Atlanta Prosperity Campaign's Benefits Outreach Program connects public benefits to families and individuals who qualify; helping them secure assistance with food, healthcare, childcare and more.
- Benefit Screening and Application Assistance Services to determine eligibility for economic support programs such as Medicaid, food stamps (SNAP) and more.
- Referral to other services that connect individuals and families to local providers offering services such as affordable housing options, shelters, rent/utility assistance, free to low cost health services, job skills and food/clothing pantries. Please note that the Prosperity Campaign does not directly offer these programs, but serves to connect families with those services.

What exactly is the Atlanta Prosperity Campaign?
It’s an initiative of the Atlanta Community Food Bank, working with several other organizations, with the purpose of bringing families and individuals assistance in their time of need.
What makes someone eligible to receive benefits?
It depends on what benefits an individual or household is seeking. The best way to find out is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (678) 553-5917.
I have questions about food stamps. Does the Atlanta Prosperity Campaign have information on the food stamp (SNAP) program?
Yes. We can work with you to determine whether or not you could be eligible to receive SNAP benefits. If eligible, you can submit an application through us.
What other services does the initiative offer?
Many families are eligible for services and are not applying! Benefits include not only food stamps, but Medicaid, child care assistance and more.
